Step-By-Step
A free 20-minute conversation to discuss what you're navigating and what you hope to achieve. We'll decide which approach—coaching, RTT®, or clinical hypnotherapy—is best suited for you.
During our first formal session, we establish clinical safety guidelines and explore your history. We focus heavily on regulating the nervous system and ensuring you feel grounded.
We deep-dive into processing emotional blocks, using somatic awareness, hypnotherapy, or Brainspotting to access and release limits stored in the brain and body.
If we use hypnotherapy or RTT®, you will listen to a custom recording for 21 days. This uses neuroplasticity to lock in positive beliefs and habits on a subconscious level.
Safety is the foundation of change. We always move at a pace that respects your system's capacities. I will never push you to talk about anything that feels unsafe or overwhelming.
